Location Recce Reports

Location Recce Report = Costa, College of West Anglia, Kings Lynn

Date: Thursday 8th November 2018

Time: Cast and Crew will assemble at the location at 8:30am

Purpose: Filming for shot 6 of a Costa advert

Equipment: A camera, a tripod, a Costa Coffee cup, a table, a chair

Additional Requirements: Food for the crew

Issues: The location may be busy around this time in the morning or we won't have permission to film in this location. If this is an issue, we will find a quieter area to film.

Sound: No sound required. All sound for the advert will be added in post-production

Permissions

• We have received permission to film in this location from the cafe staff
• The shooting date has been confirmed
• We have permission to film in a public area
• Any issues that arise will be dealt with calmly and safely

Power

• All power will be supplied through batteries in the camera.

I believe this is the best location to film this part of my advert.

Location Recce Report = Springboard TV Studio

Date: Tuesday 13th November 2018

Time: Crew will congregate at the studio at 1pm

Purpose: Filming for shots 1-5 of a Costa advert

Equipment: A table, a camera, a tripod, a jar of coffee, a kettle (full of water), a Costa Coffee cup (with milk inside), a marker pen.

Additional Requirement: Food for Crew

Issues: No issues as the studio is booked and the props will be acquired

Sound: No sound required. All sound will be added in post-production

Permissions

• The studio has been booked for 2 hours
• The shooting date has been confirmed
• It is a private location
• No issues or hazards are affecting access
• Any issues that arise will be dealt with calmly and safely

Power

• All power will be supplied through plugs in the studio
